Pedagogy has its ups and downs in China for a century or more, along the way, It had once welcomed a number of prominent educationlist, Such as Cai Yuanpei, Chen Heqin, Tao Xingzhi, XU Teli, and Yang xiufeng. They advocate and execute reform and practice on education, They also led a period of the trend of educational thought. A series of wonderful works on Pedagogy have come out in succession.which kindled a spark of hope in the cause of our education, watches over China’s education practice and personnel training. meanwhile, education has got more negation and doubt from every aspect. These problems result in the dire straits of the disciplinary development of contemporary subject pedagogy, and so the thesis takes Master of Education of Fujian Normal University as main object of study, by this individual interview, the thesis will objective reflection the students’speciality lidentity from their perspective. pay attention to crisis for development of contemporary pedagogy, for example, whether society recognise real the sense and spirit of pedagogy,whether pedagogy become the victim under the knowledge of disciplinization,whether pedagogue concede their public intellectual position,and rejected discourse power,etc. in the end, this paper proposes five suggestions to enhance speciality identity, the first is reconstruction public of educators,the second is think highly of educational theories and promote it. the third is education should return to dialogue and the fourth is carries out activities related to academic salon.
