| The thesis takes Jinjiang sports field as research subjects by applying documentation method, field investigations, expert interviews, mathematical statistical method, GIS space analyses, and logic method. It is based on the Fifth National Sports Ground Consensus and the database of special survey of Jinjiang sports field in2011, along with a comprehensive grasp of the overall features, rural and urban characteristics and systematic traits. With the Central Place Theory and the Theory of Area Division of Labor laying a theoretical foundation, the paper reveals the quantity, covering area and the agglomeration degree of investments of Jinjiang sports field, as well as the overall features, rural and urban characters and systematic traits of the population distribution consistence. Guided by the spirits of Regulations of National Fitness formulated by the State Council and based on the Theory of Non-equilibrium Development and Inclusive Development, the thesis displays some optimization and guarantee strategies of space pattern in sports field with a view to Jinjiang city planning.Researches of the paper come to the following conclusions. Firstly, Drawing on the advantages of history, culture and regional economy, Jinjiang has established comparatively complete sports facilities. The quantity and area of sports fields per ten thousand people outnumber those of the constructing aims and tasks set in the National Fitness Program formulated by the State Council. However, there is still a long way to go before the development of the sports facilities in communities. Secondly, the space patterns of Jinjiang sports venues are in accordance with the Central Place Theory. There are advanced stadiums like the City Sports Center, intermediate stadiums built in towns and and villages and elementary stadiums built in communities. The sports service, quality and range are well arranged. These stadiums form complementary space patterns. Thirdly, as a result of the difference of the geographical position, economy developing level and the population distribution, the quantity, covering area and the investment are of all kinds. It is difficult for nine streets and towns such as Jinjiang Chendaizhen and Meiling Street to meet people’s needs of exercising. They are of low comprehensive level in sports field construction, but they are key areas for future development. Fourthly, in the future, Jinjiang sports field should make optimizations in general space pattern, hierarchical space pattern, typological space pattern, rural and urban space pattern, systematic space pattern and so on. There are two guarantee strategies to realize the optimizations of space pattern in sports field:one is to make sure the leading role of the government in the planning of public sports facility construction and the other is to bring that role of government into real play. |
