Abstract:Due to the establishment and development of market economy, the contradiction between the traditional education system and the current developing of society and economy is becoming more serious, as well, the beneficial relations is no longer fair caused by the principle of competition in the modern society, the education system is disordered caused by the integration of the inferior quality in human nature and the warped social values.The significance of maintenance mechanism of educational order consists in two aspects. On the one hand it could avoid friction among people who is different and opposing in the education benefit. On the other hand it could control the disorder and confliction in education activities within some desirable range. Then, make the coexistence among different education members to be possible, create conditions for their all-round development.The education system is the indispensable guaranty for operative education activities. However, the education power is playing an indispensable role in the educational order. Via own features of mandatory, the education power standardize and retrain the education activities. Thereby, the education activities could perform efficiently within the reasonable extent. Just like a safety belt, the education power could stop the education activities which are beyond the reasonable extent, so that to avoid chaos, maintain the education justice and protect the education right. Nevertheless, the education power also possesses nonbinding identity, which promotes people to observe regulations and standards by moulding public opinion and guidance value orientation.Good educational order shall not only need to be maintianed by the educational power, but also need to be standardized, which is the research in the rationality of education power. The education power process the huge advantage in mandatory, which probably causes disorientation on power-holder. To avoid rent-seeking activities, the rationality of education power needs to be considered and discussed as well as build the education system.
