Family-school cooperation refers to that school can get some support from family to educate students and family can receive some guidance from school to bring up their children.This essay focuses on A new approach to improve Family-School Cooperation in high school held by non-headmasters-teachers like me who puts school-family cooperation into classes-a kind of school based lessons,in which it can help parents and students solve their emotional problems in high school,and enhance improve students' development in their study and whole development.This essay is based on a theory that focuses on some lectures on parents-children relationship,parents whole participation in lessons,and practice in home-school cooperation to complete a school based lessons in high school.A research through questioning papers to find the current situation of school-family cooperation,questionnaire survey two is to find out why the non-headteachers do not want to participate in the school-family cooperation lessons.This research through questioning papers and talk with teachers,parents and students showed that non-headmasters-teachers in high school have little awareness of cooperation between parents and schools and do not acknowledge the parenting part,meantime parents have no idea how to talk to teachers and how to participate in students' study.Our school's Family-school cooperation produced little effectiveness.Questionnaire survey three is to Investigate the impact of this new approach.This approach is very practical and gets many support from parents.But there are some shortcomings,According to these practices reflect and the insufficiency of some subsequent improvement measures will be put forward.The next step will move on to produce systematical training to improve the parents' ability to help our students' development,add more new ways to carry out the school-family cooperation theory to make great contribution to students' whole development.Senior teacher and parents produced consensus and clear division about Family-school cooperation,evaluation should be put forward in view of parent-school cooperation.
