Home School Cooperation For The Healthy Development Of Students Moral Conduct

At present,our country is in acute social transidonal, People continuously impact on traditional values, such as the shock of internet, television and comic books, magazines and various forms of media. To students, it is a complicated world wth the bath water. Junior is the key period of the development of the students' morality. Students have the powerful energy because of rapid growth of the era, but sometimes they are in confusion of the sense of right and wrong, they can't distinguish the question of moral and also have mental health problems. These problems will lead to errors of moral conduct and even some students will get into the abyss of crime. Then how can we make the students form in the social criterions moral and an inherent quality of character. It is not enough to have moral education in class,if we want to make the student show good ethical behaviour and habits. We need a lot of external force as well as his inner factors together to affect the individual student. We also need families to combine with school t for education. Harmony, interaction and effective policies, methods can be found in the course of the cooperation of home and school. Let family become the "school", and a school become the "family".I have taught for fifteen years. In work I had some difficulty, but I also had some experience and learnt a lot from the work. In this article, I will explore the negative factors and positive role of home education or school education for ethical conduct. I will analyse the causes of students' bad form of moral conduct,the difficulties of good moral behavior and the process of formation. I will study education theories of the cooperation about family an d school in home and abroad. I will analyse the role of the cooperation to form the student good moral behavior in terms of theory. I will investigate the status of the family-school cooperation in Xiagang Middle School. I will explore how to let the students have good ethical behaviour and habits by the cooperation of the family and school, And some coping tactics and methods will also be mentioned in the article.
