Tennis is a sports project of internationalization,professionalization and commercialization of high. In recent years, the level andachievements of the Chinese women’s tennis player has been greatly improved, whichnot only benefited from the "System" under government-led group training mode, alsobenefited from the science in the long professional tennis schedule, reasonable thematch between training mode. In this paper the use of literature, expert interviews,and comparative analysis of research methods, more in-depth analysis of thecharacteristics and principles of the training arrangements in professional tennis game,the following conclusions:The training mode is a nationwide system of professional team training. Itsadvantage is that the concentration of resources and to facilitate the exchange oflearning of the players. But with the increasingly scientific training and tennisprofessional and commercialization of rapid development, the project has not theseason, climate, site conditions, the annual growing season span, the number of gamesthan ever before to increase exponentially, this player is put forward newrequirements for high-level players throughout the year training process. Order toadapt to the needs of the development of professional tennis, the players have to makecorresponding adjustments to their own training system, in this context, they gavebirth to the match between training with the adaptation. Its advantages is that playerscan help maintain physical, technical and tactical details of the game exposed andpromote fatigue recovery and injury prevention, so that the players showed the bestcompetitive state in the follow-up to the game, fight for victory, create a superiorathletic performance. In the next period, and adhere to professional tennis tournamenttraining, in order to promote recovery, maintain physical fitness and injuryprevention-based, to improve the technical details, supplemented by tactical exercises,and will become a professional tennis match between the direction of the Training andDevelopment.According to the above conclusions, the recommendations are:First, learn the concept of good players in the West race between training, tostrengthen research on the professional tennis match between training, summed up itsunique law; Chinese tennis professional tennis in the face of intense competition tocreate more success.Second, occupational medicine training in tennis should be to the rehabilitationand maintenance of physical fitness as the core; rehabilitation is a match between the training most needed areas of concern, a great advantage on the fatigue recovery andinjury prevention; race between the maintenance and rehabilitation of physicaltraining closely related to the quality of players participating, complement each other.Third, the match between the training of young players should be more focusedon long-term development is training young players, the ability to upgrade shouldfocus on immediate results.
