Higher Education of china Has seriously been affected in the Environment of global economic downturn, financial crisis and increasing inflationary pressures. The difficult employment for university graduates, especially for female graduates, is becoming increasingly prominent. The female students have tasted large hardships for job hunting in the grim situation of employment, some girls even have the idea of suicide. We systematically analyze and discuss a number of psychological problems in the employment of female graduates, the ideological roots alleviated the suffering of female students, as well as the effective way to solve the employment of female students.Female university graduates are increasing year after year with the university expand enrollment, and employment has become a increasingly prominent situation. At the same time, in the process of the transition from elite education to mass education in universities, difficult employment of female graduates has become a very serious problem. Therefore, the construction of the university graduates employment system has become a major problem in the economic and social development. Since the employment problems of female students are also prevalent in modern society, its causes are complex. In this paper, we analyze the psychological problems and their causes in the employment of female university students, especially some psychological problems such as inferiority complex, role positioning deviation and dependence caused by the lack of sense of competition. Eventually, we suggest the combination of government, universities and employers, which can provide a reference for the relevant departments to solve the employment of female university students as well as their psychological problems in employment.
