Using the grounded theory,the study bulids the theories of strategies for job finding of unemployment graduate who get job difficultily. Using the self-made questionnaire which is found of the grounded study, we get the result:(1) The self-made questionnaire has good reliability and validity in general.(2) Strategies of job finding is composed of seven factors: strength style, depress expection style, talent complex style, exploring style, accumulating style, preparing style, crosscut style.(3) The degree of difficulity in employment is not significantly differences in the gender.(4) The degree of difficulity in employment is not significantly differences in area of family, the occupation and the culture level of mather, whether only child.The degree of difficulity in employment is significantly differences in the occupation and the culture level of father, income of family, income of family.(5) The degree of difficulity in employment is significantly differences in whether student official, expection of salary.(6) The graduate with more skill Certificates, higer English and computer leavel will get job easier.(7) Strategies of job finding have impact on employment.The graduate who get jod easily get more scores in strength style, accumulating style, exploration style. The graduate who get jod difficultly get more scores in depress expection style, crosscut style.The don't have any difference in talent complex style and preparing style. We find that the Strategies of job finding can be explained by negative strategy and positive strategy with further study.The positive strategy is composed by strength style, accumulating style, exploration style.The negative strategy is composed by depress expection style, talent complex style, crosscut style.The negative strategy play a mediating role in the effect of the general self- efficacy, prosessional values, the pursuit of success motivation affect employment. (8) Prosessional values have impact on employment. The graduate who get jod easily get more scores in organizational structure, work rewards, compassionate supervisors, colleagues and work characteristics. They don't have any difference in work environment.(9) The general self-efficacy and the pursuit of success motivation have impact on employment. of the graduate who get job difficultly are lower than that of the graduate who get jod easily.At the end of the study, we discuss the reason that how those factors affect the graduate to get jod, and give some advice to help them to get job.
