Since the beginning of21st century, with the rapid development of the cause of education, the enlargement of colleges and universities, the value pluralism, the economic globalization and the information network, students’ ideological and political work is facing serious challenges, counselors’ work also facing serious challenges. Our country gives great importance to the students’ ideological and political work and counselors" work. However, counselor in the reality work many complex factors make their work enthusiasm to be affected, many counselors to their work as the temporary work, counselors in poor stability, occupation identity weakening. Counselors’ occupation identity not only weaken the status quo of students’ ideological and political work of the effect, at the same time, also on the higher school personnel training and education have an impact on the quality of.This paper adopts questionnaire survey, interview and literature research methods, and discoveries about the counselors’ occupation identity current situation and existing problems, the counselors’ occupation identity reason of in-depth analysis, exploration to increase their occupation identity the way and the method, is proposed for the counselors occupation identity studies provide some ideas and references views.
