According to statistics, maybe there are 80000000 people who were born from 1980 to 1990. By the end of 2012, the younger are 22 years. The older are beyond 30 years. They have become the main power of every occupation. Many of them come to campus and become a primary school teacher. Because of born in "only a child" family after reform, the generation after 80s is doubt by many parents. When they go to work and take the responsibility of teaching, People are doubt:whether immature generation of after 80s can teach well or mislead the next generation.Occupation identity is one of the most important contents of teacher’s life. It is of great significance to stabilize teachers’team, improve education quality and promote the development of teachers. Because the status of primary teacher is not high, especially under the background of open economic, the situation of "after 80" occupation recognition should be paid more attention. Besides the reason that causes author concerns "after 80" occupation recognition is due to weak will of them. Based on these reasons, this study selects 6 village primary school and 5 city primary school of HONGTONG country of SHANXI province.There are 230 people of "after 80" in this study. The research uses two methods:questionnaire investigation and interview. Through the analysis of survey results and find out problems, analysis the reasons behind it, give my suggestions based on it. The study is divided into five parts:The first part:introduction. Explain why I choose the topic and basic theory of teacher occupation identity, definite the core concept and collect domestic and foreign research result.The second part:explain how I choose investigation, questionnaire, the process of invest, and analysis the data.The third part:analyze and summarize the result of survey. The results of survey are summarized from whether only child family, the difference between urban and city, gender difference, education difference and so on.The fourth part:occupation identity degree of primary teacher of "after 80" is not high, so I analysis it’s reasons from social factors, culture factors and school aspects. "Only child" policy, era background of entertainment, one dimensional social, are social aspects. The culture influence of literati and commercialism literature market are culture aspects. The bureaucracy school management and the promotion of school are school factors.The fifth part:put forward advice to deal with this problem.Social should create environment to impulse "after 80" elementary teacher. School should improve their management and pay more attention to teacher. Teacher themself should strick self-discipline.
