This article is mainly to the students as the research object in the third grade in the B primary school, I mainly used the interview method, observation method, case method to study Xiao Yang, this research lasted a six-month follow-up study on Xiao Yang life and study, I analysed generation reasons and try our best to help Xiao Yang make transformation scheme, summarize the effective transformation strategy and suggestion. The research process is:First of all, I introduced the relevant background of Xiao Yang and problem diagnosis, character analysis, learning situation. In view of the above situation on Xiao Yang, Xiao Yang mainly exist in lack of the sense of belonging and sense of security, lack of learning of poor quality, character and learning strategy problems; Secondly, according to the attribution analysis,we made education intervention measures and analysis of results and study the reason of success or failure respectively from the three aspects of cognitive emotion study. Cognitive intervention is to help Xiao Yang how to concentrate. Emotion intervention measures is to help Xiao Yang regain confidence, find the sense of home and the collective security of class and the sense of belonging. Academic interventions is to help Xiao Yang respectively improve the learning strategy of Chinese and mathematics, stimulate their learning motivation and develop good study habitsAccording to the study of students with learning difficulties,I put forward several effective transformation strategy and suggestions:(1) the effective measures of school include creating a good learning atmosphere and the environment; the teacher must renew the educational concept, concern and respect for each student development, establish their learning confidence, strengthen the communication with parents, guide students to improve their learning strategies.(2) the effective measures of parents include:change education concept, build a good home learning environment; take a variety of ways to communicate with children, develop of good parent-child relationship, create a harmonious family environment.(3) the subjective efforts of students include believing yourself, cultivating interest in learning and good learning habits; flexibling use of learning methods, improve the knowledge migration ability. I hope this research can provide reference for the parents and teachers.
