| Chinese women’s volleyball team is a traditional top team with brilliantly history. Inrecently years, its gradually decline and often got poor results:2008Olympic Games obtainthe3rd place in fine weather and favorable geographical position, then only got10th place in2010World Championships, it is thus clear that Chinese women’s volleyball team have acertain gap between the top world women’s volleyball teams. The lack of talent pool is one ofthe reasons impact Chinese women volleyball team competitive level declined especiallyyoung women volleyball team. For the development of Chinese competitive volleyball andparticipated in the12th National Games in2013, Heilongjiang reorganized the young womenvolleyball team. The status and difficulties of the new team, how to solve it is imminently.The methods of literature consultation, specialist interview and questionnaires and otherresearch methods were adopted in the paper, for the state of women volleyball talent pool ofHeilongjiang Province, investigation and analysis, identify problems and shortcomings;propose appropriate training strategies for competitive volleyball’s starting and thedevelopment learning of Heilongjiang Province.The results are as follows:1Currently, lack of talent pool volleyball in Heilongjiang Province, distribution areassingle, but also in body shape and physical has a clear gap between the national youth team.2In Heilongjiang Province Women’s Volleyball coach (teacher) has a wealth of sportsexperience and the teaching, training experience, but not enough attention in scientificresearch, not strictly in accordance with scientific selection criteria for athlete selection.3women volleyball talent development is the main intention to colleges and universitiesin Heilongjiang Province, less choice for professional teams; it is not conducive to thedevelopment of youth women volleyball training.4women’s volleyball talent training is not scientific, insufficient understanding ofpsychological training, and training integrity poor.5personnel training conditions is worse in our province, medical supervision is notenough emphasis, space, equipment is shortage. Most unit training funds tension. Fewercompetitions annually, not adequate match practice.6Currently,"combination of sport with teaching" development is not mature in theprovince, it need to build a reasonable system of volleyball talent training.And for occurrence the following recommendations: 1relevant departments intensify propaganda campus volleyball in secondary and primaryschools, rational distribution, create a good environment volleyball, province to create moreresources for the women’s volleyball reserve personnel selection.2authorities to strengthen our province woman volleyball coach (teacher) education andtraining, the establishment of coaches training system, attention to psychological training ofvolleyball talent, coaches research ability and application. Increase funding for training,improve women’s volleyball training conditions, to increase the opportunity participatecompetitions at home and abroad, and create a good environment for training.3strengthen exchange with universities, sports teams, clubs and inter-provincial, expandvolleyball training delivery channels, solve the worries of parents.4learn from the experience of physical well-developed provinces, ideas, build a perfecttraining system, to "combination of sport with teaching","school based" to increase theimportance of personnel training volleyball, focus on volleyball talents comprehensivetraining and development. |
