Study On The Policy Implementation Of Education Policies For Migrant Workers Children

Migrant workers’ issues have been the focus of social concerns. And the problems of migrant workers’ children education is one of core issues of migrant workers. Solve the education problems of migrant workers children,is the necessary requirement for protect education justice and maintain migrant workers’ interests,it determine whether migrant workers intergation into the city and play a vital role to industrialization,urbanization and modernization in China. In recent years,government published some education policy of children of migrant workers,and preliminary solved their compulsory education problem in cities,but in many places the policy implementation subject implemented policy poorly, leading to high level of migrant families education far can not to achieved.Therefore, in order to guarantee equitable rights of education for the children of migrant workers in cities, improve migrant workers’ children’s education policy implementation at all levels is extremely necessary.This paper from the perspective of public adminisration,using the studying methods as document analysis,comprehensive analysis and survey on the spot to study how to imprve migrant workers’ children’s education policy implementation.First of all, introducing research background,purpose and significance,related research results both domestic and overseas and definition of key concepts of the study.Secondly, combing the education policy evolution of migrant workers’ children, and make forward policy implementation main performance in the education of migrant workers children and analyze the causes of lack of policy implementation by the education policy implementation of migrant workers’ children.That is owing to imperfection of the law of education of migrant workers children, executive capability is not enough of policy implementation subject, lack information sharing between policy maker and policy implementation subject, lack virtual supvision about policy implementation subject, interest unblance between policy implementation subject caused some local government selectively, sendacious, stagnation, passively, additional provisions to implement migrant workers children education policy.In the end,according to poor policy implementation status quo of migrant workers children education policy, the author tries to give some constructive advice such as perfect farmers workers children education related policy regulations, improve the implementation subject education policy implementation ability of farmers workers childrens,strengthen coordination between migrant workers children education policy implementation relateded interests,construction farmers workers children education policy implementation funding protection mechanism, construction policy implementation information communication mechanism between all related subject and improve migrant workers children education policy implementation supervision mechanism six ways to upgrade farmers workers children education policy implementation.
