At present, Humanistic quality education has become the focus of the wholesociety. For a long time, the impact and the influence of the Sovietmodel and social ideological trend lead to many shortcomings and lowercomprehensive quality of college students in the education process of the Scienceand Technology University, Although humanistic quality education in the Scienceand Technology University has carried and executed, it lacks the correctunderstanding of quality education and related policies and affects the popularity ofthe humanistic education.This paper is divided into five chapters.
