University science and technology activities are important parts to carry the science and technology work of our country. It has important practical significance to research on an effective quality evaluation method on university science and technology activities, to evaluate quality of university science and technology activities, to improve quality of university science and technology activities purposefully, to improve science and technology level, and to gain competitive advantage in the national science and technology resources allocation process.Through literature review, this thesis summarized the domestic and international research of quality evaluation of university science and technology activities. The evaluation method was developed combined with the quality status of current quality evaluation of our university science and technology activities. The university science and technology activities quality evaluation system was built through AHP and related documents and literatures on national science and technology activities quality evaluation. The obtained university science and technology activities quality evaluation data was calculated normatively. The overall situation and cases sorted index was analyzed through calculating scores of each level indicator of university science and technology activities quality. Input and output capabilities of university science and technology activities were analyzed through cluster analysis. Common points of each class were identified and different factors between classes were studied. |
