Research On The Methods Of Humanistic Quality Cultivation Of The Students At The Science And Technology Vocational Colleges

Humanistic quality refers to the students who have quality and ability in the humanities. Humanistic quality generally includes four aspects, that is humane knowledge, humanism, humane methods and humanistic spirit. Humanistic quality and scientific quality is corresponding quality and ability. Scientific quality emphasizes students how to do things, then the humanistic emphasizes students how to live. The ultimate goal of humanistic quality is to cultivate students’ humanistic spirits, making students form the noble sentiment, good moral character as well as the true understanding of the world, guiding the students to choose the correct way of life. The main purpose of this research is to use relevant theoretical knowledge in the ideological and political education major, through the humanitic quality present situation research of certain Fujian Higher Vocational Colleges’Students, found out some common problems of the higher vocational education in humanistic quality cultivation, reflecting and analyzing the problems, putting forward some methods to strengthen higher vocational colleges cultivation of students’ humanities quality. The main research methods are questionnaire, statistics, case law, literature citation, inductive analysis and usage. Conclusion is that cultivating the professional teachers who have complete knowledge structure is the premise to solve the problems of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges; Changing idea and establishing the humanistic qualities and professional skills of interactive training model are the keys to solve the problems of the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges; The close attentions of educational management departments are the basis to solve existing problems of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges.
