1.Research background: In 2018,the Chinese men's rowing four-person single-blade athlete won the gold medal in the Asian Games.Maintaining and continuously improving the athletic ability of the male rowers became the core link in the training.Continuously improve the technical movements of athletes,long-term effective scientific monitoring and training process,analyze the athlete's paddle characteristics through biomechanical techniques,and urge athletes to unite and cooperate.For the four-person single-blade project,each individual's paddle technical strength is unified,and the athletes are allowed to exert their full potential to continuously improve the team's competitive level.2.Research purposes: In order to prepare for the 14 th National Games,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the men's rowing open-level athletes in the four groups of Hubei Province,mainly using biomechanical test systems and high-speed cameras.The leveling skills of the athletes were tested and analyzed,and grouped for theoretical discussion.Individual athletes mainly analyze from the aspects of maximum paddle force,paddle amplitude,paddle rhythm,force mode,under-paddle support effect and technical stability.Synchronization and combination of combined paddle force through athletes in four groups of modes Technical style consistency is analyzed.The aim is to quantify the technical indicators of the male rowing open-level athletes,and to explore the best boating plan in groups to further optimize the technical movements of different paddle athletes and improve the athlete's under-powder strength.3.Research methods: method: using the rowing boat biomechanical test system ZkRow1.0 developed by Hefei Institute of Intelligent Machinery of Chinese Academy of Sciences,for men's rowing in Hubei Province The open class four-person single paddle sport was tested.At the same time,through the tracking and shooting assistance of JVCGC-PX100 high-definition camera,synchronous analysis with real-life biomechanical data,more comprehensive and intuitive connection of dynamic appearance with dynamics and kinematic data,so as to understand the rowing four-person single Paddle movement action and mechanical data changes of each detail,and comparative analysis of test results;4.Research results: Looking at the individual technical movements of the six athletes,except for Liu Dang's technical movements,the movement techniques of the other five athletes are relatively stable.In the maximum paddle power,the maximumpaddle strength of the six athletes performed well,Liu Dang was the strongest,Xia Hongyu followed,Wang Hao was the weakest;in the unit weight,Xia Hongyu was the strongest,Liu Dang was the second,Wang Hao was the weakest.In the control of power chain transmission,Xia Hongyu reduced the effect of work due to secondary force,especially intensive training.Most athletes have control problems of power transmission.Zhao Meng,Wang Hao,Xia Hongyu and Shao Mingqi have different degrees of secondary force.The paddle curve is not full enough,and the effect of paddle water is affected.It is necessary to further optimize the lower limbs-trunk-The order of the upper limbs.5.Research conclusions: Synchronization of paddle force and consistency of technical style are essential for multi-person boating.From the individual point of view,the athletes' technical movements are mostly stable,but when they are put into the boating movement,they are often affected by the coordinated movement and even break the original technical style,and cannot fully exert the individual level.From the perspective of the overall distribution of boats,the performance of the paddle,the water inlet angle and the water discharge angle are basically good,but the consistency level of the overall water inlet has room for further improvement;in the type of force,the post-force mode is mostly.On the whole,the right paddle(Zhao Meng,Xiao Feng,Xia Hongyu)is stronger than the left paddle(Wang Hao,Liu Dang,Shao Mingqi).In terms of the synchronization of the paddle force and the consistency of the technical style,the best performance is the fourth group,and the actual measured results also show that the fourth group has the fastest speed.Regardless of the individual technology or the effect of the boat,there is still a certain gap compared with the domestic elite athletes,and it is still necessary to strengthen the training and improvement technology.
