Economic Development Zone, The Lack Of Elementary Education Of Legal System And The Way To Study

Pupil law education is very important for civic educaton. It is the foundation of "running the country according to law", also the need of construction the socialism country under-the-ruling-of-law. The rate of Juvenile Delinquency Case have been rising this year. It is the time to Strengthen and Improve pupil law education. The speed of economic development in Dongguan is very high, as it is located in the Economic Development Zone. As a result, the pupil law education has lots of differences. To research on the law education as a study sample, grasp the laws in it, and find out the problem, then we can try to improve the pupil law education. This is meaningful to Dongguan, even to whole country.The paper has five parts:Fist, explains the research background and purpose, and briefly reviews performance evaluation of pupil education of law in home and aboard. On the next step, gives basic research on pupil education of law, pointing out the concept of pupil education of law, and analysis it’s characteristic, as well as the principle, goal, and significance. Then, investigates the pupil education of law of Shijie town in Dongguan, points out the problems in it by the questionnaire investigation discussion and interview. The fourth part further analysis the cause of pupil education of law of Shijie town from the inside and outside two aspects. Finally, the paper gives the way to improve pupil education of law for Shijie central school, including building good environment Education of Law, strengthen the building of teaching body in the area of pupil education of law, building the teaching material system and teaching system scientifically. The paper establishes the pattern of "class and club" to improve pupil education of law in Dongguan. Finally, summarize several issues of work when this paper was writing, and the research direction on this task in the future.
