| The small-class teaching based on a small group of pupils is a new teaching method. It creats a special environment for the two-way communication between teachers and pupils, as well as among pupils themselves. Thus, it intensifies the frequence and efficiency of the communication and helps to develop the individuality of each pupil.Applying the methods of document study, case study and theoretical analysis, this thesis explores the enforcement strategy of the small-class teaching. This article discuss the small-class teaching in primary education can promote the individuality development of students from four perspectives the teaching, practice, class management and Home-School Co-operation.
