China is a large agricutual country. Agriculture, farmers and rural issues are prominent issues in China’s economic and social development, which restricts China’s modernization process. Rural education is the characterization of rural development and embodiment.lt is also the basis of rural development, and the development of rural education plays an important role in the process of building a moderately prosperous society.. The quality of teaching is the key factor to reflect the quality of education, Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural education and teaching has made significant results than before,but the quality of teaching is still low compared to cities.This study extensively collect and identify the information and data related to this topic, generalize and Summarize the existing research results of quality problems of rural primary and secondary teaching.; This study Select a few typical rural primary and secondary schools in Sichuan Province, use the method of sending out questionnaires in groups of teachers to conducted a questionnaire survey and talking to idividual teacher and students, to find out the actual situation of the rural primary and secondary teaching quality.Also the author taught in the the rural primary and secondary school for months to identify the influencing factors which lead to the low quality of rural primary and secondary education,and proposed system, targeted solutions and countermeasures on this basis.
