The high school new course reform is practiced under the background that knowledge view and constructive study theory are experiencing. The theory of Tacit Knowledge has also influenced the high school new course reform. Tacit Knowledge constitutes an important part of high school composition knowledge system. Tacit Knowledge is also the important element to improve high school composition teaching and stimulate students’interests.At present, there is little attention paid to high school composition knowledge. Under the view of Tacit Knowledge, the essay explored new concept on improving high school teaching, constructed the stimulation conception of basic Tacit Knowledge---the stimulation mode of the writers’subjective consciousness; construct the teaching activities acceding to the four writing phases, deal with focus awareness and supplementary awareness, instruct the teaching activity according to the creation of the writing knowledge; improve the composition evaluation conception aiming at improving the self-examination ability.Based on the thinking above, the essay explored new strategies of high school composition teaching under Tacit Knowledge. On stimulating writing, the essay encourages free expression and free the soul of the students; make the students realize their achievement, stimulate their inspiration, arouse their responsibility. On exploring writing material, create situations similar to Tacit Knowledge to make it explicit; practice the strategy of learning and writing. On instructing writing process, focus on the content to examine the topic and choose material, focus on writing strategy to frame outline and rhetoric.On composition evaluating and improving, build the composition evaluating mode of self-improvement under the instruction of standard examples, and make the students to learn new writing knowledge by communicating with themselves, with students and with teacher.
