Improving the efficiency of classroom teaching is an important aspect of language teaching, which increasingly exerts important role in the language teaching reform. With the new on-going curriculum reform, many teachers take the efficiency improvement of language teaching as an important subject to study, not only because it can liberate teachers from the busy work, but also it plays a significant part in teachers’ professional development, student self-learning ability and comprehensive ability development of students efficiency far beyond the language teaching itself.I have been practiced for support education on the language teaching of grade eight for two classes, in L middle school of Xinjiang for half a year. I have witnessed the classroom teaching current status of the junior high school language, following with the thinking about the reasons for the lower efficiency on language teaching, so I combined with my teaching practices to reflect on how to improve classroom efficiency.In the paper, through analysis and reflection on the junior high school language classroom teaching situation, from the level of improving language classroom teaching efficiency in the junior high school as strategy to give specific practices of teachers and students, as well as classroom teaching approaches, finally I will talk about my reflection on teaching practice and how to carry it out in classroom.Focusing on the core of the study, the paper can be divided into five chapters as below:Chapter Ⅰ, introduction. Describes the research background, the problems of current junior high school language teaching, emotional thinking and rational knowledge of problems, the meaning of study.Chapter Ⅱ, the main analysis of strategy for junior high school language classroom teaching efficiency. This is the focus of the paper, at first, perceptual knowledge and rational knowledge are made on problems existing in junior high school language teaching. Then mainly proceed from two aspects of teachers and students. Teachers should be relegated to the backstage, willing to be behind the scenes; students should occupy the classroom, highlighting the master charm.Chapter Ⅲ, the main implementation methods to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching in junior high school language, the core of the paper. In this part, I mainly talk about the implementation of the teachers and students in the period of specific lesson preparation and classroom teaching.Chapter IV, my practice and thinking in the classroom teaching. This part relates with my classroom teaching practice in L secondary schools in Xinjiang,the stratage and method above will be implemented in the actual classroom teaching, then I will analyse the effects of classroom teaching in L middle school, and the end will present the experience and reflection of L secondary language classroom teaching efficiency.Chapter VI, the conclusion. This part is the summarization and combing of full text, and points out some shortcomings of this paper and future direction.
