Since September 2005, the new textbooks of second round curriculum reform have been put into use all over the city of Shanghai. "Asking for efficiency from the classroom" becomes the essential requirement of education on carrying out'student development oriented', persisting integrated development of all students, and concerning healthy and sustainable development of student. Although this viewpoint has been accepted by more and more teachers, but the teachers don't have the thorough understanding of how to realize'asking for efficiency from the classroom'.The author suggests that among various factors that influence classroom efficiency, teacher's classroom management skill is one of many factors and has more obvious influence on Chinese classroom efficiency of junior middle school. However, a lot of teachers have vague theoretical understanding of classroom management skill, and still manage the classroom relying on personal experience. In this thesis, the author tries to combine advanced theories of domestic and international classroom management with personal teaching practice, and analyses the influence of teacher's classroom management skill on the Chinese classroom efficiency of junior middle school.The thesis is totally divided into five parts:In the first part, the author starts with the definition of teacher's classroom management skill in theory, then divides the teacher's classroom management skill into 3 types: the prevention skill and interference skill, encourage skill and punishment skill, language skill and non-language skill, combing theory with practice and discusses the following three principles should be embodied in the using of classroom management skill: human oriented, efficiency priority and innovation encouraged.In the second part, the author gives the definitions the content of classroom efficiency and discusses the significance of improving classroom efficiency in junior high school from both sides of human oriented thought concerning student oriented and society development requirement, finally describes the characteristics of high-efficiency classroom in three aspects: design of teaching target, attentions on teaching objects and classroom atmosphere construction.In the third part, the author goes on her exposition in practice, introduces the present situations of Chinese teaching and classroom efficiency of junior high school, emphasizing in the analyst on the reason causing low classroom teaching efficiency of junior high school from three aspects: teacher, student and textbook.In the fourth part, basing on the analyst on the relationship between teacher's classroom management skill and the factors influencing classroom efficiency of junior high school, the author emphasizes on the direct and indirect effect of teacher's classroom management skill on Chinese classroom efficiency of junior middle school. In the fifth part, the author briefly analyzes the reason of teacher's lacking classroom management skill, and makes strategy thinking of improving teacher's classroom management skill.In the thesis, the author tries to define of teacher's classroom management skill in theory, integrating with the main classroom management skill evolved from junior high school Chinese teaching, puts forward strategy for the improvement of teacher's classroom management skill, makes more teachers realize the effect of teacher's classroom management skill on Chinese classroom efficiency and change the way making use of classroom management skill from spontaneity to consciousness.
