Abstract:HPM is one of the hottest propositions of international mathematics education study.Its final goals are to improve the level of mathematics education and to make students obtain integrated development by the application of HPM.As a part of mathematical culture,the mathematical history is an indispensable content in the junior high school mathematics textbooks.However,what are the new progress and breakthrough at home and abroad about for this study?What kinds of presentation it will adopt?How the teachers of junior high school use the mathematical history in the existing textbooks?Author carries on the study of the above problems.It is helpful for teachers to deepen the understanding of integrating the mathematical history in mathematics education and to better conduct the teaching plan.It is also helpful for students to cultivate an interest in learning,to better understand the occurrence and development of mathematics knowledge and to improve cultural accomplishment of mathematics.So,it is necessary for doing a comparative study of junior high school mathematics textbooks based on HPM in the process of the reform of mathematics curriculum.The thesis puts the edition of PEP,the edition of Shanghai Science and Technology Press and the edition of Jiangsu Science and Technology Press of junior high school mathematics textbooks as the objects of the study,uses the study methods of literature,comparative study,questionnaire,teaching experiment,etc.Firstly,it studies the relevant literature and sorts out the theoretical basis,the background and present situation at home and abroad of the study,summarizes the significance of the study briefly.Secondly,considering the aspect of HPM at the background of teaching idea of new curriculum reform,it divides the three editions of textbooks contents of the mathematical history into four dimensions to make specific compare,and deepens the understanding of the presentation ways of mathematical history in the mathematics textbooks;Thirdly,combining with the questionnaire datum, author analyzes the status on integrating the mathematical history in mathematics education,forms the whole cognition of junior high school mathematics textbooks based on HPM,in order to explore the basic way of integrating the mathematical history in mathematics education.Finally,based on the above research,the thesis designs the typical teaching plan,and assesses by the effect of the pre-experiment and terminal experiment,in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the study conclusions.The study raises the basic ways of integrating the mathematical history in mathematics education:(1)the choise of mathematical history should have pertinency and purpose;(2)strengthening the recessive integration of mathematical history;(3)the integration of mathematical history should be step by step and spiral in sight.Proved by experiment,they are not only guaranteeing the basic teaching goals,but also improving and maintaining students’interest in mathematics learning and having a positive effect on developing students’attainment and spirit according to the way of teaching plan.
