Under The Background Of Sunshine Sports Teaching Experiment Research Of Junior Middle School Students To Carry Out The Training

The outward bound, originated from China in Spring and Autumn Period, is an important part of the outstanding Chinese culture. As a pattern of experimental opinion, it advocates studying happily and imperceptibly and has been adopted by some enterprises and colleges. Based on theories and textbooks of the outward bound, the author experimented and studied the sports and health courses in middle school from the teaching practice and confirmed that the outward bound does affect the growth of middle school students and the development of sports and health courses. The outward bound is a training pattern which is based on physical ability and aimed at cultivating the comprehensive practice quality of middle school students. It is the major momentum of reform in sports education in middle school and has strongly persecuting effect both on mental health and social adaptation of middle school students especially with the new curriculum stander.From the perspective of teaching experiment, this paper takes the8th Middle School in Zhengzhou, the Joint International School in Zhengzhou, the9th Middle School in Zhengzhou, the14th Middle School in Zhengzhou and the49th Middle School as examples and theoretically analysis and experimentally studies the development of experimental teaching in middle school by literature, teaching experiment and the statistics law. Conclusions are as follows:lThe results show that the influence of physical quality, motor skill and traditional physical teaching to students changes little, while improvement of the outward bound to mental health and social adoption of students make up the shortfalls of traditional physical teaching.2The motivation and team awareness of experimental group students are both higher than that in the control group, and the quality of mental health of experimental group students is significantly enhanced.3After having outward bound experiment, the index of test scale MHT-CR and physical quality between these two groups is significantly different, but the degree of enhancement of the physical quality are not very precise considering the shortages of experimental conditions and techniques.
