| In the context of the era of "healthy China" and the reality of the whole people’s fight against the epidemic,the word that has attracted the most attention at the moment is the word health,which has gradually become the mainstream of the times,and everyone is the first responsible person for their own health.People’s physical and mental health is also a strategic long-term development goal at the national level,so some relevant policies and documents have been promulgated in China to promote the physical and mental health of adolescents.As an important carrier of health education at the junior high school level,the physical education and health course has been affected by a series of factors in the process of implementation,resulting in the problem of "emphasizing physical education and neglecting health".This study takes the development of health education in physical education and health curriculum of Zhangzhou junior high school as the research object,analyzes the implementation status of health education in physical education and health curriculum of Zhangzhou junior high school through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,explores the influencing factors of the implementation of health education in physical education and health curriculum of Zhangzhou junior high school,and then puts forward suggestions for improving the development of health education in physical education and health curriculum of Zhangzhou junior high school.The implementation status of health education in the physical education and health curriculum of Zhangzhou Junior High School is as follows:(1)At the teacher level: the teaching team is younger,and the concept of health is basically comprehensive.The content of health education in the Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)is not well understood,and the health knowledge structure of teachers shows uneven characteristics,and there are fewer corresponding post-service training opportunities.(2)At the teaching level: teachers have low utilization rate of teaching materials,teaching materials are not practical,course goals are not comprehensive,teaching content is not comprehensive enough,not starting from the needs of students,mainly in terms of sports skills and physical fitness,teaching forms and methods are single and outdated,teaching evaluation is not comprehensive,mainly the evaluation of sports skills.(3)At the student level: students have a basic understanding of the concept of health,but some students will have a vague concept.Students attach great importance to health education in general,but their mastery of health knowledge is not very good through surveys;Through the survey of students’ health behavior,most students do not have a fixed frequency of exercise,students’ sleep is not very regular,and there is an overall good trend in mental health behavior and social adaptation.Students are generally satisfied with the content of health education they have learned,and a small part of what they have learned meets their own needs.The main factors affecting health education in physical education and health courses in junior high schools directly in Zhangzhou are:(1)Teacher level: teachers’ qualifications,teachers’ emphasis on health education,mastery of curriculum standards,use of teaching materials,teaching methods,The development of teaching evaluation,teachers’ knowledge structure,teachers’ post-service training.(2)Student level: students’ emphasis on health education,students’ mastery of health knowledge,and students’ mastery of health knowledge.Whether the content they learn is in line with their own development.(3)Leadership level:School leaders’ emphasis on health education.(4)exam-oriented education system factors.(5)The influence of campus cultural atmosphere.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)from the ideological concept: adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first",improve the importance of school leaders,physical education teachers and students to health education.(2)teacher level:increase post-service training opportunities for teachers.(3)teaching practice: enrich the content of school physical and health education in combination with reality,enhance applicability,and meet students’ needs;Teaching method innovation and optimization of teaching;Establish a health education supervision mechanism and evaluation system;Broaden the transmission channels of health knowledge and skills.(4)Student level: stimulate students’ potential and cultivate health literacy.(5)Campus culture: broaden the way of spreading health knowledge. |
