Teenagers are the solid cornerstone of our country's future prosperity and national hope.The favorable development of minority students' physique and health is conducive to the development of the overall level of students' physique and health throughout the country.Therefore,it has been the focus of national attention to improve the physical health of minority students.Xiahe County is a multi-ethnic area,located in the northern part of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Xiahe County is affected by many factors,such as specific regional,social and historical development,religious and cultural atmosphere,economic development level and so on,which leads to some differences between Tibetan students and Han students.Based on the data collected from the physical health of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County,this study analyzes the differences in physical health,mental health and social adaptability of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County.In addition,this paper will explore the relationship between physical health and mental health and social adaptability,and provide practical theoretical guidance for the promotion of physical health and the optimal development of school physical education in Xiahe County.This article uses the literature method,the scale test method,the mathematical statistics method carries on the writing.The physical health test data of four junior middle school students in Xiahe County(2018-2020)were obtained in the national physical health management and analysis system,and the mental health and social adaptability of Tibetan and Han students in Xiahe County were obtained by scale test method.In this paper,descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing are used to analyze the basic conditions and differences of physical health,mental health and social adaptability of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County.This paper uses the Coefficient of production-moment correlation to explore the relationship between physical health,mental health and social adaptability of junior high school students in Xiahe County.The main findings of the study are:1.The health index data of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County are normal distribution.Height,weight and BMI of Han students of different genders are better than those of Tibetans on body shape.However,the overweight and obesity rates of Han male and female students are higher than those of Tibetans.The vital capacity and vital capacity index of Han students are better than that of Tibetan students on physical function.In the evaluation of vital capacity grade,the rate of failing vital capacity of male and female students in Han is higher than that of Tibetan students.The quality of speed and endurance of boys in Han is better than that of Tibetans,but the quality of strength and flexibility of boys in Tibetan is better than that of Han on physical fitness.The strength quality of girls in Han is better than that of Tibetans,but the quality of speed and flexibility of girls in Tibetans is better than that of Han,and there is no difference in endurance quality.2.Compared with the scores of each dimension of mental health anxiety state of junior middle school students in Xiahe County,the mean value of learning anxiety and impulsive tendency is found to be at a bad level.The total score of mental health anxiety state of Tibetan and Han students is significantly different,and the Han students are superior to Tibetan students.There are no differences in learning anxiety,self-blame,allergy and physical symptoms between Tibetan and Chinese students.There are significant differences in anxiety,loneliness,terror and impulse tendency,and Han students are better than Tibetan students.The total grade analysis of anxiety state on mental health is found that the detection rate of anxiety state in mental health of Tibetan and Han students is 8.7% and 8.6%,and there is no statistical difference in the detection rate of bad state.3.The dimension score of expression skill is the lowest in healthy social adaptability of junior high school students in Xiahe County.There are significant differences in self-management skills between Tibetan and Han students in each dimension,and Han is superior to Tibetan.There is no difference between Tibetan and Chinese in dealing with peer relationship,learning skills,obedience skills and expression skills.The analysis of health grade of social adaptability find that the detection rates of poor social adaptability of Tibetan is 7.7%,and that of Han is 4.5%.The detection rate of poor social adaptability is statistically different,and the proportion of Tibetan is higher than that of Han.4.There is a significant negative linear correlation among the scores of physical health test and the total score of mental health anxiety / anxiety / loneliness /self-reproach / physical symptoms / terror / impulse tendency in Xiahe County.As far as ethnic group is concerned,the linear correlation degree,such as loneliness tendency,physical symptoms,terror tendency and physical health is more obvious in Tibetans.There is a significant positive correlation among the scores of physical health test and the total score of social adaptability health / dealing with peer relationship /self-management skills / learning skills / obeying skills / expression skills.The linear correlation degree between dealing with peer relationship dimension and physical health is more obvious in Han,and the linear correlation degree between learning skills,expression skills and physical health is more obvious in Tibetans.Combined with the research results,the relevant strategies to promote the physical health of Tibetan and Han junior high school students in Xiahe County are as follows:1.According to the level of physical health of students of different ethnic groups,different training requirements are carried out in school physical exercise in the physical education teaching of Tibetan and Han junior middle schools in Xiahe County.Tibetan students should pay more attention to the improvement of endurance quality,meanwhile,Tibetan girls should pay more attention to the improvement of strength quality.However,for Han students,boys should strengthen strength training and improve their flexibility,and Han girls should further improve their speed quality and adopt the principles of key care and classified teaching to improve their health.2.The negative detection rate of mental health anxiety of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County was over 8.5%.Therefore,schools should regularly carry out mental health education.In the process of carrying on,it is important for school to pay more attention to learning anxiety and impulsive tendency.The negative detection rate of social adaptability health of Tibetan and Han junior middle school students in Xiahe County is more than 5%,and the Tibetan is higher than that of Han.Tibetan and Han students should pay more attention to expression skills during improving social adaptability and health.3.The school should bring the local sports with ethnic characteristics into the sports classroom to improve the students' interest in participating in sports,so as to better promote the improvement of students' mental health and social adaptability.Strengthening the frequency and intensity of students' physical exercise can strengthen students' physique and lay the foundation for students' physical health.
