A country’s strength lies in education. The revitalization of education depends on every citizen. Since the founding of new China, under the leadership of comrade Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zeeman, who are the core of the party’s three generations of central collective leadership, together with Comrade Hu Jintao, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee leadership, education investment grows considerably, school conditions improved, gradually deepening the education reform, improved school level. Especially since the beginning of this century, urban and rural compulsory education free of charge achieved comprehensively, occupation education got rapid development, higher education enters the popular stage, the rural education has been strengthened, and education equity has taken significant steps. While see the results, we also should realize deeply that, in the mode of economic development, the increasingly fierce competition for talent to accelerate the change of international environment, China’s education is not completely adapt to the national economic and social development and people to receive good education, educational structure and layout is unreasonable, urban and rural, regional education developed unbalance, development of education in impoverished area and ethnic areas lag; investment in education is inadequate, the priority of development of education in the strategic position has not been fully implemented. In order to further the formation of respecting the gummous atmosphere, to make the education become the most respected social undertakings; to cultivate a large number of outstanding teachers, to promote the educationalist, encourage more excellent youth lifelong educators, national implement the policy of tuition-free education for normal students.since its implementation in2007, it had attracted more and more attention. This year, the first tuition-free normal students have gradually come to work, after four years of professional training of teaching knowledge and skills, they will enter a new occupation education career stage, the professional development problems of tuition-free normal students in their induction period conducted the follow-up studies’ new task. This study is based on the research of the tuition-free normal students during the period of school about their teaching ability training, then made a nearly one year’s investigation and study, summarized and analyzed the confuse of the first tuition-free normal students in their induction period, in order to made some feasibility propose. And looking for practical and theoretical basis of the post service system construction for tuition-free normal students.The first chapter through overview the related research of the normal student’s teaching ability, to define the induction period, the novice teachers’concepts and features, with the phase of teachers’professional development theory as the basis, analysis the post period’s tuition-free normal students’basic teaching characteristics, The second chapter according to the education information’circulation process, constructed the hypothesis model of the tuition-free normal students’teaching ability, including student module, education information module, educational media educational environment module and the teacher own modules, each module contains the basic teaching ability which teachers should possess, made these as the second level index of survey design. According to the modules and second indicators, the third chapter designed a questionnaire of the induction period’tuition-free normal students’ teaching ability. The fourth chapter by using the basic method of statistical measurement, to make data encoding and statistical analysis for the result of the questionnaire, including descriptive analysis and variance analysis. The fifth chapter, according to the statistical results to analysis the various factors which influence the tuition-free normal students teaching ability.The sixth chapter is based on the view of sociology of education, through four elements which are the transfer source, information, destination and channel to construct the main promotion strategy system of the first tuition-free normal students teaching ability, such as government and school should increase investment, security channel flows smoothly; strengthen teacher summarize reflection ability, optimize education information quality and so on, and then, based on the related theories and made a comprehensive analysis of the results, constructed a post service system model for the tuition-free normal students, including four aspects as the establishment of a sound salary allowance system, develop diversified evaluation system, reward innovation incentives and enrich the professional development of teachers strategy. The seventh chapter is deficiencies and prospects of the research.
