Since 2007,the Free normal Education program in china have trained large numbers of excellent free normal students,and made a great contribution on building the team of school teachers.In order to strengthen the international exchangment of teacher education and train more of outstanding teachers with international vision,most of the free normal universities are continue innovativing the training program to provide the free normal students more spaces to develop and the platform of international exchangment.As China continues to expand the educational opening leval, the opportunity of cross-cultural learning which free normal students could get is also increasing. To study the changement occurs on the free normal students when they doing cross-cultural learning and to reveal the process of the changement has its certain practical significance. In addition, in the process of free normal students’training, the development of free normal students’teaching ability is the core-mission of the training, and also the key-step to free normal students’professional development,so,its importance is obvious.Therefore, the study on how to make the free normal students’teaching ability achieving sustainable development is a work with great significance.Based on the related literature review on free normal students’teaching ability and the findings on the impact results of cross-culture learing,this study reviewed the development state of free normal students’teaching ability from the perspective of cross-cultural learning and expand the discusses with the following sections. The first part describes the cross-cultural learning perspective; the structure of free normal students’teaching ability; the general factors which influenced the development of free normal students’ teaching ability. This section will tells us how to use the cross-cultural study perspective to study the free normal students’teaching ability,and also present the major components of their teaching ability and the factors that influenced the development of free normal students’teaching ability. The second part will mainly present the investigation and analysis about the free normal students who have cross-culture study experiences and didn’t have the cross-culture study experiences.Based on the analysis and collation of the survey data and interviews paper, this study have found some of the inflluences the cross-cultural learning worked on the free normal students’teaching ability. The third part of this study is about the analysis that the path the cross-cultural learning worked on the free normal students’teaching ability from the aspect of overt and covert processes.According to the third part of this study,the fourth part based on the influence and the path that the cross-cultural learning worked on the free normal students’teaching ability, proposed some cultivation strategy and self-development strategies on free normal students’teaching ability.Since the capacity can not be measured directly, it can only be reflected from the side and there is less relevant scale and the role the Cross-cultural learning worked on the teaching ability development can’t be directly determined, this study has considered the recognition and satisfaction survey and interview methods of the two group free normal students that occupied cross-cultural learning experiences and didn’t get cross-cultural learning experience to reflect the relationship between cross-cultural learning and teaching ability from the side.The two groups of free normal students’ performance in the four dimensions of teaching ability, the recording on cross-cultural study of interviews, and the survey provided by the students, could reflect a certain extent variety influence and the occurrence of free normal students in cross-cultural learning. Based on the conclusions of the investigation, the free normal universities and the free normal students all need to develop their teaching skills in diverse ways, and in these ways the cross-cultural learning with a forward-looking will be a great approach.
