Based On The Theory Of Learning Environment, Military School Thought Political Lesson Teaching Action Research

With the new Military Revolution carry out rapidly, educated Modern Military Talents become the principal problem faced by our military. In response to this grim situation, the military academies continue to adjust the personnel training mode, learn the advanced experience of foreign military education, military academies education are gradually transition from the academic education to professional education. The sixteen army institutions meeting point out that:professional education must insist on the teaching-oriented, student as the main. Change the traditional teaching mode, attach importance to the task of traction, and highlight the awareness of autonomous learning and innovative thinking ability. Teach less and practice more, innovative teaching methods, and actively use network and virtual reality in training. Military Academy ideological and political course is the main channel to carry on the ideological and political education of trainees, to achieve the ideological and political construction of "persists the right direction, educated talents". If Military Academy ideological and political course want to achieve educational transformation goals, it is necessary to change the problems such as the students have no interest in learning ideological and political theory; teaching and practice have no relevant, trainees political work capacity growth is not obvious. We must make full use of information technology, especially networking technology advantage, not only cultivate the trainees’knowledge and capacity, but also improve their learning environment.This article based on the constructivist learning environment model (CLEs model) proposed by Jonassen. First of all, look into the situation of Military Academy of ideological and political course, taking the task and problem solving as the main part, using a variety kinds of information technology especially network platform. Through three rounds of action research, then bring forward the frame of military academy ideological and political class learning environment, which enrich the Military Academy of ideological and political teaching effect research, and has a strong reference value on the Military education reform. Innovative points including:(1) based on Jonassen’s CLEs model theory, design Military Academy ideological and political course learning environment;(2) use Moodle to design and develop the ideological and political network learning platform;(3) design "knowledge check points "and other online activities;(4) though action research to bring out the ideological and political course learning environment practice method. This article is divided into six chapters for discussion.Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. This chapter first describes the research background, combined with the Military Academy of ideological and political in the classroom teaching reflection to determine the situation of research, research goals and research significance. Literature review to understand the status quo of related research, and then determine specific research method and path.Chapter Ⅱ:Theoretical Foundations. First interpretation the concepts involved in this article, and then analysis the Theory from the elements and the root, explained the implications of Jonassen’s constructivist learning environment model in professional education.Chapter Ⅲ:Teaching situation analysis. Interview the teacher and survey the trainees to learn attitudes about Military Academy ideological and political course and information literacy. Then investigate the learning resources involved in the ideological and political lesson to know the situation.Chapter Ⅳ:Action research design. Preliminary bring out the military academy ideological and political class learning environment based on the CLEs model, and then design the action research implementation plan.Chapter Ⅴ:Action research implementation. Based on the "military moral and legal basis", Using research methods such as classroom observation, interviews, through three rounds of action research, then bring forward the frame of military academy ideological and political class learning environment. Finally, test the learning environment from multiple dimensions such as students learning attitude and recognition of environment.Chapter Ⅵ:Summary and Outlook. Summarize the conclusions and propose research innovation of the article, and pointed out the direction for further research.
