In response to this grim situation, the military academies continue to adjust the personnel training mode, learn the advanced experience of foreign military education, military academies education are gradually transition from the academic education to professional education. The sixteen army institutions meeting point out that:professional education must insist on the teaching-oriented, student as the main. Change the traditional teaching mode, attach importance to the task of traction, and highlight the awareness of autonomous learning and innovative thinking ability. Teach less and practice more, innovative teaching methods, and actively use network and virtual reality in training. Military Academy ideological and political course is the main channel to carry on the ideological and political education of trainees, to achieve the ideological and political construction of "persists the right direction, educated talents". Through three rounds of action research, then bring forward the frame of military academy ideological and political class learning environment, which enrich the Military Academy of ideological and political teaching effect research, and has a strong reference value on the Military education reform.
