The course of Ideological and Political is the main channel to conduct the ideological and political education for university students, and it is also an important way to cultivate qualified socialist constructors and reliable successors. However, the inherent characteristics of the traditional teaching mode of Ideological and Political class, did not fully play out the role of the course, if we want to improve the teaching effectiveness of the Ideological and Political class, it is necessary to explore new teaching methods. It is a kind of beneficial attempt to introduce the action learning mode for the ideological and political teaching. Therefore, this thesis research has important theoretical and practical value.In this study, we used the method of comparative analysis, comprehensive analysis, etc. Linking theory with practice, combined with the plight of the ideological and political lesson, draw lessons from action learning model, put forward to use the strategy of action learning mode in the ideological and political theory teaching. The important and difficult points of this paper, is to explore the model of action learning strategy and its implementation of link. Due to the current, action learning model applied to the ideological and political theory teaching exploration achievements is not much, so for the use of action learning mode in the ideological and political theory lesson in the process of teaching, including teaching design process, implementation process, and effect evaluation process is the innovation of this study.The text consists of four parts.Part I:Summary of action learning model. First of all, this paper defines the connotation of action learning. It is the meaning of action learning and its constituent elements. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of the mode of action learning, including the cognitive learning theory, constructivism theory, Humanism learning theory, the theory of social action and so on. Finally, it is the analysis of the action learning mode and traditional teaching mode.Part II:Expounds the necessity of action learning mode in the universities ideological and political lesson teaching. This part first analyzes the plight of ideological and political lesson. For example, university students' interest in the thought political lesson is not strong, some university students of moral norms knowing-acting dislocation, teachers'teaching concept should be changed. Then, this paper through three aspects, first, stimulate students' interest, second, cultivate students'cooperation ability, third, improve the students'ability of behavior, discussing the significance of action learning mode used in the ideological and political lesson.Part III:To explore the ideological and political class of action learning application strategies. This is the focus of this paper, it is also the basis of action learning model why successfully be used in the ideological and political class teaching in universities. First of all, in this part, it will expound the application concept of action learning in the ideological and political class, including the combination of practice and theory, the integration of reflection and create, and the promotion of cooperation and support. Secondly, it will expound the application principle of action learning mode, including the active principle, instructive principles, development principle and diversity principle.Part IV:To explore the application of action learning mode in the ideological and political teaching. This is also the core of this paper, it will expound respectively from the instructional design process, implementation process and effect evaluation process. The instructional design process of action learning including the teaching problem analysis, teaching design, and teaching design evaluation; Then analysing the classroom implementation process of action learning, including establish action learning team, formulate action learning program, in-depth exchanges and reflection, problem solving and summary; The last, analysing the effect evaluation process of action learning, it will evaluate from three aspects, they are the conversion of individual learning, the development of organizational culture, and the guarantee of return on investment.
