The contemporary education theory, education evaluation test is an importantmeans, the most obvious role is the detection of the effect of learning, but also toevaluate teaching quality is an important basis. With the development of higher schoolphysical education curriculum reform, the traditional physical education curriculumevaluation way, especially in physical education course examination way has beenunable to adapt to the new period of ordinary university sports curriculum and trainingrequirements, as a curriculum evaluation and teacher ’s teaching quality is one of theimportant indexes of the examination system has already begun with thequality-oriented education and the new sports curriculum reform requires theexistence of a large gap, and the reform of examination system is the key to thereform of evaluation mode. Based on the present, Guangdong Province have openedthe most college sports professional technical course mainstream assessment methodinvestigation, statistics, analysis of malpractice and the influencing factors, and onthis basis, put forward its own views and opinions, in order to improve the collegephysical education teaching and college sports curriculum reform to a certainreference effect.This study uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method, expert interviews, logical analysis, comparativeanalysis and other research methods, the Guangdong Provincial Department of collegesports curriculum evaluation methods, as the research object, through visits, telephoneand mail in the form of Guangdong Province ordinary university sports institutescourse teachers, and students of Physical Education Department investigation, visit.With the current professional sports technology curriculum evaluation methods, rationality, effectiveness, evaluation contents and the introduction of other evaluationmethod is feasible as the contents of investigation. Through the results of the surveystatistics, comparison, analysis, concluded that: sports specialty course is numerous,but, the evaluation methods were highly consistent, cannot reflect the differentcharacteristics of technology curriculum. But heavy technology, heavy theory,neglecting students’ practical ability evaluation of common phenomenon; with62.5%of teachers think that the current curriculum evaluation method has the unreasonableplace, with75.3%of students think need and necessary reform; Guangdong Provinceordinary university sports specialty course evaluation the effectiveness of the methodis low, with54.84%of students believe that the current evaluation methods only canreflect its real part of learning levels; with68.75%of teachers think that in the currenttechnology course teaching still exist in the" high low" phenomenon; in addition, lessthan31%of the surveyed students think to fully master the skill of professional andtechnical knowledge and skills; with84.38%of teachers think that worth trying in theprofessional sports technology curriculum assessment in the introduction of otherdiscipline assessment methods and teaching methods. And, with96.87%of teachersthink that the introduction of other methods have difficulties can be overcome.Study reveals, the Guangdong Province in the ordinary universities sportscurriculum evaluation methods tradition, still remain in the inherent severalperformance appraisal model; technology curriculum assessment method is single,cannot completely adapt to the new era of ordinary universities sports curriculumdevelopment and personnel training requirements; technical courses evaluationmethods on content of deficiencies, focus on technology, theory, and practice abilityof students have been ignored, in the teaching, training the practice ability assessmentprice seriously insufficient; teachers and students generally think the evaluationmethods and students’ learning habits, attitudes are closely linked; current technologycourse teaching evaluation can not fully reflect the true level of the students," highlow" the phenomenon still exists; examination standard unification, affected theenthusiasm of the students, not very good play of teaching evaluation and incentive,guide students’ autonomous learning the role of.
