In sports technology teaching of physical education major,the evaluation about sports technology from teacher to student, which is lack of a more unified quantitative evaluation standard, and evaluation process and evaluation method is not easy to operate. Standards of sprint, hurdles, long jump, the high jump, shot put, javelin sport technique which established in 7 track and field sports colleges in Gansu province, are regarded as research object. The professional teachers worked in the track and field sports colleges are regarded as investigation objects. Using documentary information, questionnaire method , mathematical statistics and the hierarchical analysis method to construct the student movement skills assessment for the quantitative criteria, which provide the theory basis, the operable quantitative evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation method for the track and field teachers to teaching evaluation. Studies have concluded:1,Teaching evaluation is according to the teaching goal of teaching process and results are value judgment and decision making for the teaching of activities. Service Athletics technology standards and evaluation of teaching includes two aspects, including technical assessment standards belong to quantitative evaluation, technology assessment, and qualitative evaluation of qualitative and quantitative evaluation organic combination.2,Athletics technology teaching for students in the basic evaluation mode motor skill in teacher observation as the main means, and observe the basic conditions and the teachers' understanding and for movement techniques related to provide for the cognitive based on the observation and quantitative evaluation index is to solve the evaluation process the basic way of subjective factors.3,Athletics technology teaching should be followed the evaluation of basic three dimensions, namely the normative, effectiveness and coordination. Normative action to meet the technical specification index, meet the basic requirements of the biological principle; action techniques Effectiveness index movement of the technology, and the movement techniques of the purpose of the action basic link to the degree and results; Coordination index is the motor skill technology performance and technology join.4,Gansu common higher education at school physical education course track and field sports technology teaching evaluation standards, including body type broad-jump, back-style high jump, ran 100 meters, 100/110 meters column, back-faced sliding and throw javelins six projects. Each project of motor skill evaluation index system, including index weight system and evaluation standard three parts.Research proposal:1,From track and field sports education courses movement technique teaching at the student movement skills assessment method look, teacher observation is mainly means. Teachers to cognition, movement techniques to evaluate the organization of evaluation results have important significance. Should carry out in-depth evaluation of the student movement skills, strengthen the study of the theory of the theory of evaluation guidance, improve the accuracy of the evaluation.2,Common higher education professional athletics at school physical education class teaching, practice teaching is to make the students master the standard by the technical specifications and requirements, improve their teaching ability, emphasis is not on identify student movement skill level. Therefore, in the teaching evaluation, should with the technical assessment as the main content.3,This study and establish evaluation system, only through practice test can tell the scientific nature, the accuracy and rationality. Therefore, this evaluation system is a kind of exploration and trying to, in actual teaching evaluation should be improved and improvement, in order to adapt to the requirements of teaching evaluation.
