Analysis On Schematic Tables In The Biology College Entrance Examination Of New Curriculum And Putting Forward The Corresponding Strategy

The importance of intellectual property rights in the international competition and the development of social,economy and culture promote the rapid development of China's intellectual property rights system,and the education of intellectual property rights related research are following.The intellectual property systems are promoting fast and the strategic position of education of intellectual property is becoming more and more obvious.The Education in Biology Teaching of Senior High School focus on the STS education,and growth of students' scientific literacy cultivation and humanistic quality.Based on the social and education background,the article puts forward to the introduction of the study on the penetration of intellectual property education in biology teaching of senior high school.The national primary and secondary school education of intellectual property pilot and demonstration work plan(for Trial Implementation)"came out on stage and the secondary school education of intellectual property pilot demonstration work has formally launched,the nationwide basic status of intellectual property education has come to the truth.At this point,intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools have stepped into practice,and the empirical research on education mode of identified and discipline integration of intellectual property rights education mode.That's established the necessity of this paper.Introduction,the first part of this paper introduces the details of what problem we will study in this paper,the background,significance and methods,illustrates deeply and comprehensively the feasibility of the incorporation of knowledge of intellectual property rights into the high school biology teaching from the micro level review,the party of practical significance introduction combines the study of the humanities literacy and science literacy cultivation,as well as the method of STS education in the teaching theory,making the paper have theoretical support and innovation and development,and more the modern significance in the process of combining the theory and innovative research;In the second part,Outlines of the intellectual property rights in the field of biological science and technology are introduced,it has two purposes,on the one hand to discuss the homogeny in content of combination of high school biology teaching and intellectual property education and the similarity of their goals.On this basis,this part discusses the theoretical feasibility of combining the two;On the other hand to settle content basis for the following research,especially in the fifth part of the case design,it is the photogenic echo of the content and structure;Empirical research is the important basis of teaching theory research,therefor,in the third part,the goals,pathway and the research of empirical research was described in detail,the data are analyzed and summarized,which are the empirical basis for the following research;On the basis of the above theoretical and empirical basis,the fourth part discusses the introduction of intellectual property education in high school biology teaching specific principle,choice of content and module arrangement,based on the combination of related theories of intellectual property rights education and high school biology curriculum and the investigation result of high school biology teachers.The fifth part has carried on the concrete teaching design,and the case design to promote the combination of teaching theory and practice.The last part summarizes the main research results of this paper and its shortcomings,and the future research are prospected.
