As an important part of the "Quality Project",teaching team building has drewthe attention of more and more High-schools. Since the implementation of the"Quality Project", the construction of the teaching team project in all High-schoolsare carried out in full swing thus formed a large number of the teaching team invarious types. There are so many teaching teams while the quality is variable. MostHigh-schools are only concerned about the construction project, but pay littleattention to the results and performance evaluation. Because there are no enoughreasonable evaluation merits and process, they fail to accurately reflect theessential characteristics and requirements of the teaching team. Moreover, since theevaluation criteria are relatively vague and general, it is really difficult to specifyteam-building work is good or bad through comparison and operation. Thus therecomes the phenomenon of going through the motions, unable to find and solve theproblem.High-school teaching teams’performance evaluation is different from businessperformance evaluation in general, and also different from the performanceevaluation of university research team. Although the evaluation of teaching teamhave some similarities with that of the research team, but their priorities havedifferent focus. It’s wrong to copy the performance evaluation method of theresearch team then apply to the teaching team. Therefore, as a new subject, basedon the human resources performance evaluation theory, this thesis starts from thecharacteristics of the teaching team and analysis the situation and the problems ofthe teaching team performance evaluation. Through consulting the experts andmatching with state-level teaching team building requirements, we establishundergraduate college teaching team performance evaluation index system anddesign targeted questionnaires, by applying of the AHP calculation software,Calculate the weight of each index. To make evaluation results more accurate andreliable, we draw a360-degree performance evaluation thought with theintroduction of multi-agent evaluation. In the choice of the evaluation model, weapply the matter-element theory to establish the matter element analysis model andcarry out the simulation practice for undergraduate college teaching teamperformance evaluation. In order to reduce the subjective error of the evaluators,the introduction of the Kendall coefficient of concordance and Spearman rankcorrelation coefficient, respectively, play the role to analysis the overall andpersonal error on the evaluation to guarantee a more accurate, more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of teaching team.
