Aiming at performance evaluation of domestic enterprises and institutions work in the prevalence of imperfect evaluation system, unreasonable evaluation index, evaluation method is not scientific to causes such as the evaluation result is not objective, feedback effect is not obvious. on the basis of in-depth study for the existing models, reasonable and effective performance evaluation model is set up, as a case study of the performance evaluation of middle school teacher in charge, in order to work for all enterprises and institutions of the performance evaluation provides referential.Balanced score card, data envelopment analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) can be applied to the performance evaluation, through the study we found that balanced score card and data envelopment analysis (DEA) is more suitable for evaluation index to accurate quantitative evaluation system. While the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a kind of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods of multi-objective evaluation analysis method, effectively applied in many fields, it mainly be used for decision makers in the complicated system environment to provide more accurate decision-making basis, and put forward the best way to provide a scientific basis. This is why analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is getting continuously development in the process of practical application and the research. It also derive a modified hierarchical analysis method for different applications, such as interval analytic hierarchy process (IAHP), grey analytic hierarchy process (GAHP), the network analytic hierarchy process (ANP) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), etc. According to the actual situation of evaluation system considering the merits of different types of performance evaluation methods, enables decision makers to find the main decision-making factors in the complex system, and develop a set of scientific and feasible evaluation regulation system.First of all, this paper generalizes the current performance evaluation model can be used to analysis, grasps the scope of application and their advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation model, and combines with the present stage our country’s enterprise performance evaluation of the problems found in the applicable performance evaluation model. Secondly, take the performance evaluation of middle school teacher in charge work for example, systematically analyzed the connotation of the performance evaluation of middle school teacher in charge, and in the form of questionnaires to collect the relevant data, analyze respectively with conventional method, based on hierarchy analysis method of the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the network level analysis method. Finally, contrastive analysis through the three ways of results, determine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the network level analysis method are able to work for scientific and reasonable performance evaluation, get the conclusion that network analytic hierarchy process in the evaluation accuracy and comprehensiveness is more superior to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to make pointed references to improve middle school teacher in charge’s teaching and management level, there must be scientific and reasonable performance evaluation method for middle school teachers’ work. At present stage, the existing conventional evaluation methods are mainly on the investigation to the individual indicators to evaluate the results or directly add average index evaluation. Although conventional methods can be used to find out the lack of a middle school teacher in charge in one area, the evaluation efficiency is extremely low, although also can work as a whole to middle school teacher in charge of evaluation, but the error is bigger, and not reflect all the indicators in the evaluation system of weights. Fully consider the conventional evaluation methods of weakness, combining with the analytic hierarchy process, make use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and network analysis method make middle school teachers’ comprehensive evaluation more standardized.
