At present, the ecological problems of china tends to deteriorate in generally andecological construction has become the uegent affairs of China. Many domestic scholarsmade a lot of study and gave the corresponding measures on this questions. Ecologicalenvironment change in most observational studies is considered as the result of naturalmovement, and human activities have nothing to do. This article from the EthnicEcology perspective, has made a analysis of the process of eco-environmental changesin the relevant areas of Guizhou province, and concluds that natural ecological change isa slow process of geological history, and man-made ecological changes is a rapidalternation of the process, which lead to ecological disaster often is caused by hunan`simproper use of natural resources, and this historical tragedy also is the object thatecological history focus on.The appearance of the utterance of ecological catastrophe, such as the rockydesertification, dry and hot valley expansion, is mainly because since the Ming dynasty, the sustainable development of the central imperial, immigration and the introduction offoreign crops and other human behaviors changed the traditional means of livelihood ofthe local peoples lived in guizhou. This has distorted the national culture and disruptedthe coupling relations between the ecology and culture. To effectively recover theecology, we must change the wrong ideas and concepts, for instance,"develop first, clean up later" and "technocratism". Learning from history, the construction is the targetof a good ecological system, it will be a minimal cost and effective way to carry out theEcological construction that the goal is recovering native ecosystem types. In order toachieve this ecological construction targets, it is necessary to fully explore and takeadvantage of local ecological knowledge which is from various native in Guizhou, andlearn their accumulated experience to avoid ecosystem vulnerabilities, resolve thenatural risks and compensate for the shortage of resources. To this end, we should befully respect for their traditional culture, make long-term social protection mechanismsfor ecological construction. Only in this way, there could privide sustained and effectiveinstitutional support for the ecological construction. The main reserach idea of this subject is reflected in the following aspects. Firstly,to recover the original appearance of ecosystem types of Guizhou areas on the Ming andQing Dynasties through collating the ecological data from Guizhou ancient books. Suchas "Qian Ji","Guizhou Attractions Chi","Jiajing Guizhou Annals "," Xu ’s Travels ",andso on. Secondly, there will be a analysis to the contemporary corresponding ecosystemtype through the field survey data. And then, make a compare with each other. Finally, from the perspective of national culture, proven the processes of different types ofecosystems change and the anthropogenic causes. And as a basis this paper aim topropose appropriate cultural strategies and recommendations to provide practical ideas for the current ecological construction in Guizhou province.
