The Inlfuence On The Development Of Rural National Traditional Sports Activities Effected By Labor Transfermation In Xiang-xi Area

The national traditional sports culture is a part of the national traditional culture. Itforms in long history, and has a special health fitness mechanism and rich connotationsof traditional culture. Since1980s, the party and the state have taken the nationaltraditional sports seriously, and not only put a series of nation policies and sportsregulations into effect, but also put forward some guidelines that protection first, savefirst, use reasonably, strengthen management. But, with the affection of push in ruraland pull in urban, a large number of labor force transferred and caused a sign of “emptynest” in some countries. However, the places for inheritance of national traditionalsports are countries and supporters are farmers. And also the transformation of the laborforce in counties will have an important impact on inheritance and development. So it iscrucial to handle the relations reasonably between the national traditional sports and theincome of the farmers. Xiangxi, located in the north west of Hunan, is the only region inHunan province listed into western development. this paper,regarded the currentsituation of national traditional sports as the object of study,discusses the conjunctionpoint between the labor transfer and development of national traditional sports,whichhas important theoretical values and realistic significant on carrying out westernstrategies,building new countries,protecting intangible culture heritage and promotingthe career of the national traditional sports.This paper used the methods of documentary, questionnaire, investigation andinterview method to study in the following4aspects: the characters of labor forcetransfer in Xiangxi; the current situation of traditional sports under the background oflabor transfer; the factors of developing national traditional sports influenced by laborforce transfer in rural and strategies. The results show that (1)the transfer of labor forcein Xiangxi mainly concentrate on young and middle-aged with low knowledge.Thepeople following relatives and friends to go out,or blind transformation account for aconsiderable proportion.It gives priority to different ground transfer and the localtransfer is complementary,which mostly flows to the southeast coastal area and otherdeveloped regions.(2)It’s the present situation that the farmers use their self-raisedfunds to organize traditionalamusement in festivals to pass the customs to the nextgeneration and enjoy themselves.(3)a large number of rural labor force transfer affectthe development of national traditional sports in economy,culture, technology, society.(4)measures:first,the government of Xiangxi should develop economy actively,broadenthe channels for employment,attract large numbers of rural labor,and provide a goodplatform for the development of traditional sports culture---keep farmers staying incountries.second,the farmers should change the concept of employment,developtourism adjusting to local conditions,and make a contribution to regional economy anddevelopment of culture.third,cultural department should strengthen propaganda, enhancelaw construction,regulate the orders for national traditional sports culture andprotect the legitimacy of artist or cultural department.forth,to cultivate professionalpersonnel pay attention to the education of primary and middle schools in rural,andorganize and conduct exercises for the entire people actively.then the nationaltraditional sports culture will develop objectively,accurately and scientific.
