Increasing household income and ensuring stable increase of household income is the core content of achieving a well-off society in an all-round way and an important measure to achieve common prosperity. With the continuous development of land moderate scale management, land circulation as an important means to improve land utilization rate and develop moderate scale agriculture, stabilizing land contract management right and promoting the transfer of labor force have become the focus of our "three rural" issues. Therefore, based on the China Household Tracking Survey data(CFPS)in 2018 and based on the economies of scale theory, dual economic structure theory and property rights theory, this paper explores the impact of land transfer and labor transfer on the per capita income of rural households,in order to further expand the methods of increasing household income,so as to gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and help rural revitalization.First, the impact of land transfer and labor transfer on farmers with different income groups was explored by baseline regression and quantile regression.Secondly,we used baseline regression and quantile regression to explore the regulating effect of land circulation on labor transfer and household income. Then,PSM propensity score matching method was used to solve the problem of farmer sample self-selection,and the influence of farmer income was further studied. Finally, robustness test and heterogeneity analysis were carried out.The results show that:(1)Land transfer and labor transfer have a significant promoting effect on the income of farmers in different income groups, and have a weaker effect on the high-income group, which helps to narrow the wealth gap of farmers.(2)Land transfer has a significant promoting effect on the adjustment effect of labor force transfer and household income.(3)After solving the problems of selectivity bias and endogeneity of land transfer variables, the effect of land transfer on farmers’ income is more significant than that without matching.Ignoring the selectivity bias and endogeneity of land transfer will underestimate the effect of participating in land transfer on farmers’ income, that is,participating in land transfer will help improve farmers’ income.(4)After considering the heterogeneity of household age and region, the impact of land transfer and labor transfer on household income is still different. Finally, according to the above research results,in order to further improve farmers’ income and stabilize their income, vocational skills training for farmers should be strengthened, land transfer market should be perfected, labor transfer market and land transfer market should be rationally distributed, and resource allocation and utilization should be maximized.Meanwhile, land policies should be implemented to encourage young labor to flow to the market.
