As China’s basic education curriculum reform, the effect of school-based teaching research is increasingly distinct, teachers’ professional development is more and more valued by the public. School-based teaching research in China has experienced nearly ten years of development, has made a series of achievements, but the school-based teaching research activities in the development process also produced a series of problems, such as:school-based teaching research activities tend to be formal, school-based teaching research management is not systematic, school-based teaching research system is lack of standardization, teachers’ conservative concept as well as the school-based teaching research connotation heterogeneity etc, these factors are affecting the due of school-based teaching research that the main causes to. At the same time, teachers’professional idea obsolete, professional knowledge, professional skills and professional qualities of the teachers become unfamiliar problems affect the teachers’professional development disadvantage factor.The school-based teaching research and teachers’professional development in the real process in both the existence of certain problems, in the background of new curriculum reform, teachers’professional development needs to try a new mode, calls the actual and efficient development way. School-based teaching research, with its clear target, with the natural links of school and teachers, and with the tremendous innovation energy, etc., has become the effective way for teachers’ professional development. School-based teaching research as a study or research mechanism, the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform to promote to the depth development, at the same time can help to improve the professional quality of teachers. Teachers’professional development not only for the new curriculum reform is carried out smoothly to provide intellectual support, its development results can in turn promote the effectiveness of school-based teaching research activities. The new curriculum reform for the school-based research and teachers’professional development provides a convenient and practical platform, while the latter also has become the powerful thrusters.In the implementation of the new curriculum reform experiment, the school-based research and teachers’professional development showed some correlation, but as a result of the school-based research and teachers’ professional development exist some problems, so the relationship between the two are in an ambiguous state. This research is based on the school-based teaching research, focused on the related issues of school-based teaching research and teachers’professional development, based on the investigation of comprehensive using the methods of literature research, questionnaire, comparative research method to explore the theory and practice summary. Summarize the theory expectation of school-based teaching research and the practical significance of teachers’professional development, to carry on the induction, using correlation analysis method to find out the school-based teaching research in teachers’professional development process in the presence of specific issues, the solutions and the feasibility condition undertakes an analysis, put forward to promote the school-based teaching research quality, and to promote the teachers’ professional development countermeasures.
