In the information age of knowledge economy led, the requirement of Secondaryschool teachers information literacy have become increasingly, and it becameevaluating quality of talent, one of the important indicators. Reference experts researchbasis to define the secondary school teachers’ information literacy concepts andcomponents. Secondary school teacher information literacy refers to the ability ofsecondary school teachers to master and apply modern information technology, mainlyin teaching select the appropriate information technology to improve the teachingservice, the application of information technology in teaching practice, promoteteaching, and innovation in teaching practice capacity. Secondary school teacherinformation literacy is consists of information awareness, information knowledge,information capacity and information moral. I choose Chongqing H secondary school’steachers as research samples, to carry out the design of secondary school teacher’squestionnaire survey of information literacy. The result of information literacyquestionnaire survey is: in the information awareness, H Secondary School Teachersgenerally positive welcome attitude towards IT, information on education policy, theemerging IT communication tool and not keen to continue learning IT software; in theInformation knowledge, H Secondary School Teachers can become more skillfulgeneral computer operation, but the graphics operation, audio operation, videomanipulation, computer configuration operations, network operation feeling rusty; inthe information capacity, the H Secondary School Teachers teaching capabilitiescontinue to improve, but not comprehensive understanding the integration ofinformation technology and curriculum in H secondary school; The H SecondarySchool Teachers information moral is higher; most teachers in H secondary school arewelcoming attitude to the IT school-based training. Analysis of the H secondary schoolteacher’s information literacy causes some teachers lack a deep understanding of themeaning of information literacy; the H secondary school hardware and softwareeducational environment needs to be strengthened; some teacher’s uneven development of information literacy IT teacher training mode too uniform, schoolmechanism is not perfect. The author proposed measures about information literacyschool-based training of H Secondary School Teachers, are: to create a goodinformation literacy of school-based training environment; shift teachers’ concept;follow the training objectives and training objects to determine the training content;appropriate school-based training mode; school-based training methods should beappropriate; the use of information technology to carry out school-based training anddevelopment evaluation.
