It is very important that the development of the oral expression ability in thestudents of middle school during Chinese teaching. However, the cultivation of oralexpression ability in the students of junior high school has been ignored seriously in thecurrent Chinese teaching because of different factors. The exercise is one of the mosteffective ways to cultivate the ability of oral expression in the students, but it is ignoredby many teachers during the teaching in class at present. Therefore we observed theeffects of different exercise ways of Chinese oral expression for the students of juniorhigh school during reading teaching in class by evaluating the results of differentcognitive goal levels. The effects of main exercise ways were analyzed to find the bettereffective ways which had good results between the exercise way and cognitive goallevel in order to investigate the practical method to improve the ability of Chinese oralexpression in the students.This paper was divided into three parts, a total of eight chapters. The first part ofthis paper was to summarize and analyze the current situation of Chinese oralexpression exercise during the teaching in class and some articles related Chinese oralexpression including the articles of oral teaching meaning, oral communication teachingmethods, meaning of spoken language teaching,methods of listening and speakingability cultivation. We all know that oral expression teaching is important. Up to now,many articles emphasized that the importance of teaching or oral communicationexercise. However, few articles referred to oral expression exercise during the readingteaching in class and hardly any article mentioned that the relation of the cognitive goallevel and the reading teaching in class.The second part of this paper was to investigate the cognition level of junior highschool students during the reading teaching in class and overview the cognitive goallevel. The cognitive goal level has six grades including knowing, understanding, using,analysis, synthesis and evaluation. In this part we analyzed the performance of thejunior school students during the reading teaching in class and summarized the oralexpression levels. The chapter3to7of the third part was to investigate five exercise ways of oralexpression during the reading teaching in class. The five exercise ways included readingaloud, reciting, retelling, speech and debate in class. The relationship between thecognition levels and the exercise way in class was analyzed in these five ways.The last chapter was to summarize this paper.
