From the reading theory, we know an article written by its anther is not fully accomplished until its readers read it, which is a process of recreate for the writing. Therefore, there are different understandings to the same works by different people and in different time and place. Traditional teaching method of read is teacher-centered, which leads to three losses, the characters of article, the character of students Individualized understanding and the character of teacher's teaching method.After the curriculum innovation, the most critical point of reading instruction is to encourage individualized reading, structure the student-centered teaching model and accomplish the homonymous moral teaching, which results in students' improvement of Chinese learning from all aspects. However, there should be criterion of evaluation for the students' reading situation and reading results; also there should be objective criterion to evaluate teachers' teaching method, the effectiveness of teaching result, the suitability of teaching circumstance, application of teaching structure, and accomplishment of teaching aim. Since the effectiveness of teaching in structure is directly linked to the teaching quality, how to enhance the effectiveness of teaching instruction is not only the task of teaching innovation, but also the guarantee for the achievement of teaching innovation.Accordingly, this dissertation investigates the combination of model of individualized of teaching instruction and the effectiveness of classroom teaching. On one aspect it does reach on the teaching straggly of individualized teaching instruction to form the operable teaching model, one the other aspect try the structure for the systematic evaluation for individualized reading instruction. After practice, I think that teacher's understand to the article is the precondition and key of effective instruction, that effectiveness instruction will cause discussion and winterization among students, that effective instruction should emphasis influence of teaching order towards teaching efficiency, that teaching efficiency lies on the capacity of the lesson, and that the cultivation of students' individualization needs the involvement of teachers' instruction.
