Based on 《national medium and long-term education reform and developmentplan outline (2010-2020)》, the diversity of school running model is promoted andfeatures development is encouraged during the period of senior high school. Andschool-based moral education is an effective way to promote its features development.According to analyze the research status of school-based moral education in its featuresdevelopment both home and abroad, author find school-based moral research still staysat Curriculum Development level, the construction on school-based moral educationsystem, factors, theory…ect. needs further discussion, especially on the relationshipbetween school-based moral education and features development, which is rare. As aresult, author see the Challenge and opportunity brought by time development andeducational reform. During the ten years working in Zhongshan experimental school,for the purpose of school-based moral education promoting school featuresdevelopment, start with moral education conception, author deeply analyze theconnotation of school-based moral education and feature development, trying to finddevelopment path suitable for the school. After ten years searching, Zhongshanexperimental school where author is working has more proper contents school-basedmoral education, also established all moral education system, three-autonomy moraleducation model and a whole set self-featured school-based moral education model. Ithas been proved that the research between school-based moral education and featuredevelopment has efficiently promoted school brand development, teachers,’ sustainabledevelopment and students’ life long development.The thesis is made up of six following parts: the first part is introduction, thesecond part is the connotation and path of development of school-based moral education,the third part is the connotation and approach of features development of senior highschool, the fourth part tells the connection between school-based moral education andfeatures development of senior high school, the fifth part focuses on the school-basedmoral education of Zhongshan Experimental Senior High School and the exploration ofits features development, the sixth part discusses the existing problems and relevantsolutions, and the seventh part is conclusion.
