Research On The Collaboration Model Between A Vocational College And Enterprises In Shandong Province

As the industry promotes, vocational education has had great development, thecooperation between colleges and enterprises has gradually become the importantdeveloping model for higher vocational colleges, research about the cooperation modelalso increases, however, currently academia and industry pay little attention to thecooperation model between colleges and enterprises. Based on the analysis of typicalcooperation model between colleges and enterprises at home and abroad, according toresource dependence theory and constructivism theory, the paper deeply studies thecooperation model between colleges and enterprises of some higher vocationalcivilian-run college in Shandong province. This study has great significance to enrichhigher vocational education theory and to guide the cooperation between vocationalcivilian-run college and enterprises.This paper first analyzes internal and external environment of Shandong Shenghanfinance and trade vocational college, clears this private school’s disadvantage, chances andchallenges. Using SWOT analysis matrix, this paper puts forward school-enterprisecooperation which suits this college’s development. Then, it case studies this college’s twotypical cooperation pattern–the ordering-form school-enterprise cooperation model, thatis Jingya-class and the school-enterprise cooperation training base, that is Wanshengcommunication training center. And depth analysis of the reasons for the success of thesetwo modes of practical significance and worth learning. Then further compares andanalyzes the two typical modes, finds out and points out the present major problems ofschool-enterprise cooperation mode. According to the existing problems, the paper finallyputs forward to improve construction of guarantee mechanism, while, stimulate internalpower, make the school and enterprise become one family, try to build deep cooperationbetween school and enterprise, form vocational education group and walk into the smalland medium-sized enterprise.
