As the change of economy, society to type talented person’s demand gradually to the theory for the development of technology talents oriented demand, this request in the aspects of training talents of higher vocational colleges should follow the market situation, develop a line of talents, in order to improve the student’s quality and education quality as the fundamental, the theory of fully connected with practice, for the students to create a more broad employment prospects and competitive strength. Combination between higher vocational colleges and the mode of running though popularized in higher vocational colleges in our country for a long time, but still there are some corresponding problems, mainly in on specific education, lack of practice, is still in school as the main body in the school, on some professional Settings not reached the standard of form a complete set of complete and enterprise need talent; That regular practice and enterprise cooperation, but the fast development of the market and the enterprise timely adjust the setup of higher vocational colleges, the practice teaching is not fully and supporting enterprises, learning theory knowledge is greater than the practice. In the school as the main body, enterprises cooperate mode of running lack of maneuverability of the market, the education development of higher vocational colleges have great limitations.In this paper, from the factors: China’s vocational education with the practice of systems and mechanisms, draw lessons from foreign vocational education of the efficiency of the cooperation between colleges and relationship between colleges as the main line, the study of mechanism of system of vocational education university-enterprise cooperation. Research through a large number of literature reading to Changsha Social Work College as an example, both at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed in the characteristics of the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation system,use the multidisciplinary perspectives such as education, economics, management science, using literature method, history method, comparative method, the methods of investigation and research, combining qualitative and quantitative research, inductive and deductive analysis, combining theory study and practice to explore, to construct technical specialty of human capital of the vocational education system mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.
