Research On Vocational Education School-enterprise Cooperation Incentives

Between our country higher occupation colleges and enterprises cooperation is relatedto the system of government, schools, enterprises, social organizations and other aspects ofthe subject, and the effective operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation andthe higher occupation colleges not only the strength, is closely related to social andeconomic development, enterprise and market environment. Through the study of relevantinformation at home and abroad, the effective operation of the school-enterprisecooperation condition is to establish long-term mechanism to match the higher occupationcolleges and enterprises cooperation. Mechanism of cooperation in higher occupationcolleges and enterprises is an important subject of theoretical and practical significance.Establish and improve the cooperation mechanism of higher occupation colleges andenterprises is a long-term process. But at present our country is in the period of socialtransformation, cooperation in higher occupation colleges and enterprises have manyproblems and shortcomings, such as the government of school-enterprise cooperationwithout the necessary policy and financial support; lack of school-enterprise cooperationmanagement institutions necessary; enterprise participation is not high. Through theresearch on the United States, Germany, Australia in school-enterprise cooperationmeasures, proposed to our country experience; finally, cooperation from the higheroccupation colleges and enterprises, studies the mechanism of school-enterprisecooperation content, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting China’s HigherVocational College school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism.
