Resilience is a hot issue in the research of teenagers in the past twenty or thirty years. Resilience is a person’s adaptability to frustration situation which is an inevitable threshold in the socialization of teenagers. If we cannot deal with frustration situation properly, it is likely to cause not only chain reaction in psychology and behaviour which is similar to Domino type, but also a series of social problems from teenagers. Therefore, training and improving teenagers’ resilience has great practical significance on teenagers’ healthy growth as well as realization of socialization.Resilience based on strength perspective looks on the challenges and pressures brought by the dilemma in a positive way instead of paying too much attention to the negative influence. It believes that human beings have resilience and it emphasizes energy excitation and self-transcendence when human beings are under pressure and frustration. It is a new attempt to research the training of teenagers’ resilience from strength perspective. Based on the process evaluation of the "Ying feng fei xiang" training programme and applying research approaches such as case study and questionnaire, the thesis evaluates the programme from perspectives of teenagers’"efficacy","sense of belonging" as well as "sense of optimism", which provides meaningful reference materials and useful suggestions on the training of teenagers’ resilience. The conclusions that the thesis makes are as follows:first, it is one of the most efficient ways to construct the campus resilience culture with the help of Strength perspective; second, acquired from both one’s inborn heredity and social learning, resilience can be improved by educating and cultivating and the courses designed on the basis of strength perspective are compulsory courses; third, the involvement of social work to the training of teenagers’resilience played a very good role in promoting.
