In this paper, drawing lessons from the domestic and international against inverseforce research and for young people to carry out the resilience counseling program basedon, combined with quantitative research methods--questionnaire survey, revealing thecharacteristics and current situation of adolescent resilience. Through the questionnaireto assess the demand for services, design" youth starting line--the sunshine growth" thegroup plan. Application of social work in three practices of group work intervention inadolescent resilience of the active construction of service work. In this paper the structure(internal protective factor and external protection factor), focusing on how to improveadolescents school social workers internal protective factor of concrete practice, practicecontent includes a group of development communication, friendship, cooperation,conflict and personal development of self-affirmation, problem-solving steps, emotionalprocessing, stress management, boys and girls interpersonal communication. At the sametime, the effects of adolescent external protection factor of family, school, communitythree aspects proposed the correlation analysis.The significance of this paper lies in: the article discusses how to use the schoolsocial work social work methods and skills of the team, to be creative of adolescentresilience lifting work into the school social work, by taking the active form, positivedevelopment mode of intervention in adolescent resilience construction so as to expandthe school social work from a new angle and adolescent resilience new way.
