As Chinese society enters a new stage of development and the scale of migrant children continues to expand, they face many new difficulties and problems in urban adaptation, and urgently need social work intervention and intervention. In order to help migrant children better integrate into urban life and actively respond to the difficulties and pressures in urban adaptation, this study selects Lanzhou M community as the research point and recruits the research objects, using participatory observation methods, questionnaire survey methods and semi-structured interview methods Collected research data, explored the resilience level of migrant children and its influencing factors, and carried out 6 group activities using resilience theory and ecosystem theory to help migrant children improve their resilience level. The results of the study found:(1)The resilience of migrant children in the M community is at a low-medium level, and their scores in the three dimensions of resilience are optimism, sense of efficacy, and sense of belonging. The resilience level of migrant children is significantly lower than that of non-migrant children.(2)From a systematic point of view, the factors affecting the resilience level of migrant children are mainly related to factors such as family, school, community and peer groups. The risk factors of migrant children's resilience are more than protective factors.Among them, family risk factors and protective factors have the greatest impact on the resilience level of migrant children, while the community has the weakest protective effect on migrant children, and there is a lot of room for improvement.(3)In the practical activities of group work involved in improving the resilience of migrant children, the integrated social work method combining ecosystem theory and strength perspective theory has multiple advantages in practical concepts, demand discovery and intervention systems, and more attention is paid The "subjectivity" of migrant children can resonate with the real needs of migrant children.By constructing an integrated protection mechanism with families and schools as the main body and the community as an important supplement,it is possible to better improve the resilience level of migrant children.(4)Through the pre-test and post-test of the resilience level of group members and the satisfaction survey of group activities,it is found that the overall resilience level of migrant children and the three dimensions of optimism, efficacy and belonging have varying degrees Improvement, group work involved in improving the resilience of migrant children has achieved positive results.
